Centre Des Hommes (CDH)

is an NGO recognised in Togo that aims to work for the sustainable development of the populations. We achieve our goals by the actions (raise awareness, training etc.),Volunteering, projects, programs, collaborations and productions that we put in place with a holistic vision.

CDH vision is to take care of the sustainable development of the population, take care of the earth and to see a good balance between a rural and urban world.

At the moment NGO CDH is focusing on the building of a learning and living centre called Ecovillage Centre Des Hommes (ECDH) to offer training possibilities to decrease poverty and increase education of learning by doing.

CDH advocates the love of human beings in the world.

Products are: Tropical Foods and Supplements, Oil for consumption and Essential Oil, Tea and Dried leave tea, Dried fruits and handcraft visual arts.

Services are: Teaching (Togolese African foods, Natural Cosmetic including tropical plants, how to make African Djembe drum and to play djembe etc.). Also service of hosting visitor of Togo for discovery walk to tourist sites, stroll to forest, to waterfalls, to mountains and discover tropical species.

It is credible to visit us through CDH volunteering program in Togo. It is not only just a simple visit or sightseeing trip but it is a journey rich in experience, full of good sense, where you come to learn, to live close to the natives, to rural communities, to know their cultures, their food, dance, song and others in a friendly warmth. You will bring your skills, competencies, your supports, and your energies to participate or work together with the locals in activities that will benefit to the indigenous people. It is an experience of giving and receiving! After your stay duration end, you will returned to your home with a full of wealth that you would have been amassed in your luggage.

Our mission towards farmers, vulnearble stackholders, rural women, artists of visual arts maker and schoolchildren is to make them feel safe by providing support in education fields and social enterprise.

Centre Des Hommes works with farmers and artists corperative to produce agricultural and handmade visual arts product that bring income to them and make their lifestyle improvment. They take care of their family with the income they generate through our activities we offer to hem. farmers grow food and artists produce visual arts from wood, fabric, leather, ceramic etc

What We Do

Globally we actualize actions that go forward the benefice of the development of the population as this is the main goal of Centre Des Hommes. We train, we educate, we raise awareness, we do volunteering program, we provide service of tourism also to Africa, we produce transform and sell worldwide selected food products like snack, oil for consumption, essential oil, dried leave tea, herbal tea, natural cosmetic product including tropical plant and exotic handmade visual arts products.

Education: Training and sensitisation

We do several social actions to educate, train and raise awareness about the ailments that surround vulnerable households, poor populations and villages that need a necessity.

Sustainable projects design

We design sustainable project that we apply for the development and for the benefice of the populations, communities, countries and regions. Throughout these sustainable projects implementation we provide also product and service for the population arround the world.

Volunteering program

We organise Volonteering programs through work camps bringing together local volunteers and those who come outside from Togo to work hand in hand for the benefit of a rural village suffering from a social problem.

Production

We produce agricultural products (we plant, we grow food and we transform) to have food sovereignty, to provie good health, good diet nutrition, to fight against hunger and same time we produce exotic handmade visual arts product to promote culture and arts of Togo-Africa ( this to make people and their house beautiful).
